Why do my friends see the message “Whoops! This page isn't ready yet, but don't worry, we're working on it.” on my in memory page, even though I can see my page just fine? Expand This may be because your page has not yet been approved, or the link has been mistyped or misspelled. Please only share your page once you have had the confirmation email that we have approved your page.
I have donated to the wrong fundraising page - how do I change it? Expand Not to worry. Please contact us with details of your donation and your donation transaction ID if possible (can be found in your donation confirmation email), along with details of the fundraising page where you want your donation to go to. We can then move your donation to the correct page.
I have finished fundraising, how do I close my fundraising page? Expand Your fundraising page will automatically be set to close in 6 months time from the date your page has been approved. If you would like to close this sooner, or extend the timeframe, please contact us and we can do that for you.
I want to send funds by bank transfer. Can I have your bank account details? Expand Yes! But so we can keep track of funds entering our bank account and to thank our fundraisers we would like to speak to you. Please contact us.
