I'm fundraising for The Walton Centre Charity because this is where my Grandad spent the last 12 days of his life! All of the nurses and doctors were amazing and did everything they could after my Grandad suffered a suberachnoid hemorrhage. My grandad fought for 12 days but sadly his body could not take any more. His life support was withdrawn on the 3rd May 2025 and my Grandad peacefully passed away. I am walking 30 miles throughout June to raise funds for The Walton Centre so that it can fund families staying with their loved ones like my uncle did when my Grandad was critical.
