In Loving Memory of Christine Jones

Mum has left. hole in our hearts that will never be filled. She loved travel to far flung places as much as well as blustery walks on the beaches of Anglesey and North Wales. Mum was rushed to the Walton Centre from North Wales following a stroke. The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to try and help her, sadly nothing else could be done and mum passed away with Scott and I by her side.
