Snowdon walk for Walton

I am fundraising alongside my mum, brother and sister for Walton by walking Snowdon this September together with others helped by the Walton Centre. We will always be grateful for the care and support given to my mum by this amazing place, any donation will help us give back to an amazing cause that’s held close to our hearts.
