We are fundraising for The Walton Centre Charity because we are so thankful for the care the Walton Centre provided to John when he had a brain haemorrhage a couple of years ago!

The funds from this Walk for Walton appeal go towards the Home from Home which is an amazing service, they provided a safe and comfortable place to stay for Jo when she needed to stay close by while John was in intensive care. This service is vital for families who are traveling a long way and often in difficult circumstances.

The Walton Centre in Liverpool offers a world class neuroscience service which includes many pioneering techniques, cutting edge treatments; and clinicians who are international leaders in their field. Over 100,000 patients are treated at the hospital each year with conditions ranging from head and spinal trauma injuries; brain and spine tumours; Epilipsy, MS, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson.
