Hannover & London Marathons 2025 for The Walton Centre Charity Donate As many of you may know, 10 years ago, we tragically lost my Dad to a sudden brain aneurysm. His passing left an immense void, but the care and support he received in his final days at the Walton Neuro Centre made an incredible difference to both him and our family. This April, I will be running two marathons in his memory and to raise money for a cause that means a great deal to me — the Walton Neuro Centre. Specifically, I am fundraising for their Home from Home fund, which supports a vital space within the hospital that provides comfort and support to families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. The Home from Home space allows families to stay close to their loved ones, offering a respite from the clinical environment of the hospital. I can personally attest to how valuable this space is for families during these emotional days. It gives a safe, comforting place to rest and be together without the worry of expenses or having to leave the hospital. The Home from Home facility is entirely funded by charitable donations, and without this support, it simply wouldn’t be able to continue offering its invaluable services. I’m reaching out to ask for your help. Any donation, no matter how small, would mean the world to me and will go directly towards ensuring this space continues to provide vital support for families facing similar challenges.Thank you so much for your generosity, and for supporting me in honouring my Dad’s memory and the wonderful care we received at the Walton Neuro Centre. Together, we can make a lasting impact. With sincere thanks and appreciation,Luis Luis Stockton Manage Cookie Preferences
