We are seeking funding to support the creation of personalized memory boxes for families who have recently experienced the loss of a loved one. One of our dedicated passionate staff members Lynn recognised a gap in our service and has been the inspiration and passion behind this cause. To which we are extremely proud of, and grateful for.

These memory boxes serve as a compassionate and practical way to help grieving families honour, remember, and process their loss. Each box includes carefully selected items such as keepsakes, grief support, journaling tools, and other comforting elements that provide emotional support during one of life’s most difficult times.

Bereavement is a deeply personal and often isolating experience. For many families and loved ones there are few tangible supports that help them begin the grieving process. We have identified a significant need within our service for sensitive, practical, and thoughtful resources such as keepsakes to help individuals and families navigate the early stages of grief, and navigate forward.

Through our ongoing work with hospices, hospitals, and bereavement services, we have observed the profound impact a thoughtfully curated memory box can have. These boxes not only offer comfort but also provide a safe space for families to collect memories and express their emotions.
