Track your steps How to track your steps If you have a smart watch such as a Fitbit or an Apple Watch you can keep track of your daily steps. But you don’t need a smart watch to take part. Most modern smart phones can track your steps automatically such as: Health app on iPhone Samsung Health on Samsung devices Google Fit on Android devices Some other popular apps are also able to track your steps, these include: Strava MyFitnessPal You can also use a step count pedometer if technology isn’t your thing. Letting us know To help us keep track of your steps, and update the leaderboard, we have created the following weekly tracker for you to use during your Walk for Walton challenge. Simply fill this form in with your steps/ updates from the campaign, and we will use this information to update the leaderboard every Monday afternoon. Google steps tracker We will also send the form out to all of our leaderboard participants, at the end of every week, so you never have to worry about missing a step! Step count chart However you choose to track your steps, why not download and print your own step count chart, allowing you to track your steps daily. Leaderboard Our leaderboard allows you to add your steps and tell other supporters how you're getting your steps in. The leaderboard will be shown on this page at the beginning of May and you will be sent an email explaining how to add your steps. We will also post updates in our Charity Facebook Group.
