This year’s Christmas campaign raised over £7,000 thanks to the generosity of patients, relatives and friends of The Walton Centre. 

Thanks to the incredible generosity of patients, relatives, and friends of The Walton Centre, this year’s Christmas campaign raised over £7,000 to support our Home from Home unit.

The campaign saw a fantastic staff Christmas Jumper Day, another successful year of selling our Christmas cards, and our ever-popular Christmas raffle. We were also overwhelmed by the wonderful festive fundraising efforts from our supporters, including generous donations from Caldy Golf Club and Hafan Y Môr Owners Panto Club, as well as incredible participation in Santa Dash 2024 and many other festive fundraising activities.

The money raised will go directly towards supporting our Home from Home accommodation, which provides a vital place for relatives to stay while their loved ones receive critical care at the hospital. This support is even more impactful as we celebrate the 10th birthday of our Home from Home accommodation this February. The incredible amount raised this year will ensure we can continue to offer this essential service to families when they need it most.
