A great charity
I"m fundraising to give back to The Walton Centre for the specialist care my dad received, and to Home from Home for the incredible support they gave my family by providing my dad’s partner, Trish, somewhere nearby to stay during such a difficult time. Their kindness meant so much to us as a family.
We were so well looked after at the Home from Home accommodation when Lockie was first in hospital at the Walton Centre in 2022 after his car crash

As a radiographer at the Walton Centre, I see first-hand the incredible care patients receive and the challenges they face. I’m fundraising to support the vital work of the The Walton Centre Charity, helping provide extra support for patients and their families. Every donation will help make a real difference, and completing this 100,000-step challenge is my way of giving back.
Recently diagnosed with ms
On the 1st May 2024 my brother Mathew was admitted to the Walton centre and cared for by the staff for the months following. We are therefore spending this May walking for Walton. We can’t thank them enough for all of their continued to support.
I have been taken care of by the Walton Centre since 2022

After receiving excellent care and treatment from the Walton centre I think now is my time to give back!
